Incorrect data on chart

Incorrect data displayed on chart for NQ 03-20 from 4:01am to 5:00pm 12/23/2019. The normal data should be around 8730, but it is around 212 on chart. It showed the correct data by looking at the historical data under Tools. The data source is IB, but loading the same chart on IB and it is correct. The

Ninjatrader Version is 8.0.20.0 64-bit. Thanks!

Thank you for your note.

First, have you tried reloading your historical data on the chart? Make sure you're connected to IB and the 23rd is showing on your chart, then, right click on the chart and select "Reload All Historical Data". Does the data correct itself?

Do you receive any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what does the error say?

If not, please try restarting NinjaTrader, then opening a brand new chart and testing. Do you still see incorrect data after a restart?

If not, please check the version of TWS or IB Gateway you are using. This is usually shown as the version or build number on the splash screen that displays when the one you're using starts up. If you have any other version than the ones listed below, please uninstall that version via the Windows Control Panel and install the one linked below:
