NT8 Order Book / Chart DOM

Has anyone created or found an indicator for NT8 that will place the order book on the right side of chart?

For anyone willing to fulfill Scooby's request, I would recommend viewing the Volume SuperDOM Column source code as it can provide reference for drawing rectangles in OnRender that coincide with the visible price levels on the DOM.

I've also included reference to our SuperDOM Columns and I have also included reference to rendering with SharpDX. With this background, it may not be difficult to move the Eds Level 2 code to a SuperDOM Column.
