My bid and ask do not reflect correct prices. How can I fix it?

Hi bankavaselina, thanks for your note.

NinjaTrader only prints out whatever level 1 data you are receiving from your data feed. The price might be behind due to a lagging workspace if you open up a new workspace and test the connection do you get different results?

yes, i opened up a new workspace a couple of times and it still shows wrong prices

What data feed are you using? I can test on my end and give you a print out of my Time and Sales window.

I'm comparing it to thinkorswim data feed. i've used it for charting and execution on ninja (which I've always been doing and never had an issue), but this morning I've noticed something is off. i'll greatly appreciate a print out of your time and sales

I think I figured out what's wrong. Im looking at march 2020 on thinkorswim and dec 2019 on ninja. How can I access march 2020 es futures?

Please go to Tools>Database Management, from there click Rollover and all available contracts will be rolled over.
