    Having Issues With New Version of NT8

    When I downloaded the new version of NT8 I can get all the way to the last step of the installation then it rolls back the update and I am unable to start NT8 now. Any help is appreciated in this matter.

    Hello rwilliam,

    If the install is rolling back that could indicate that one of the NinjaTrader files is still open. Have you tried restarting the PC at this point? If not that would be my first suggestion to make sure that NinjaTrader's process has been terminated and that no other third party applications are accessing files in the documents folder. If you have virus scanning software or PC protection which is active I would suggest turning that off temporarily if you still see problems. In the case you cannot see the install succeed I would suggest to email our platform support [at] ninjatrader.com for further assistance.
