Can't load ^TICK data (except initially)

would you know why I can load regular futures like ES data and have it update in real-time on a chart... but ^TICK it will only load initially and to get new data I must reload it manually. CTRL_SHIFT_R

I tried closing the workspace and opening it again or opening a new ^TICK chart but it still exhibits the same behaviour..

Thank you for your post.

To better assist you please send me your log and trace files to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please send them with a reference to this post and ATTNennis in the body of the email.

Below are the steps to send the files.

-Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
-Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
-Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
-Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
