DM- offset

I am trying to use Strategy Builder to create an oversold condition of DM+ as part of a strategy to create a buy signal. I want one condition to be if DM+ is less than DM-, but I want the maximum difference to be 30 points on the DMI scale. So I created the condition in Strategy Builder where DM+ => DM- offset -30. When I tried to run the script I got no signals. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks for your post.

What i would suggest is to review what you have created in the strategy builder, making sure that you have used the correct DM value plots for each condition. I would also suggest drawing a dot on the chart each time the condition is true.

If that review does not resolve then the next step would be to print the values out to see what the strategy builder logic is using. You may want to create a new separate strategy just to test this.
