Why the quick update to v14.2 and 14.0 no longer available?

Usually don't see you guys do quick turn around updates like from v14.0 to 14.2 and especially not in a couple weeks since a previous update. Not seeing 14.0 mentioned in release notes any more has me a little concerned I should get it off my system. What up with that?
