^VIX 5min startegy not loading

Hi,

I'm trying to create a strategy with ^VIX as a base. It is a simple macd, macd crossing avg. when put on a 5 min /es chart it doesn't load up on the charts nor in the startegy analzer backtesing. Below are the screenshots.

For the ^VIX data, i'm on a mulitbroker key and the ^VIX data is from my Ameritrade account. Thanks in advance.

Hi dkbyond, thanks for your note.

It's likely the ^VIX data is not loading properly. Please check the log tab of your Control Center for errors. Can you pull up a 5 minute chart for ^VIX on a normal chart?
