Trouble loading 1 min MNQ chart

Hey traders,

As the title suggests, I'm having trouble loading a 1 min chart for the MNQ. The issue is only for the MNQ, I've tried all other instruments and they work. What is happening is that I cannot see the previous days data. I've tried RTH, and it wont show yesterday, "Use Ins. Settings" and it only shows to 1800. This has never happened before, and I didn't do anything differently to my settings,it just started happening yesterday. I've closed NT8, restarted my computer, and even downloaded the latest version. Nothing seems to work. Pictures provided, one with MNQ-instrument settings and the second of MNQ-US Equities RTH. Thoughts? Thanks all.

Thank you for the post.

One possible cause of this behavior is a case of corrupt historical data.

Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.

Voila! Works like a charm! Followed the instructions and now the 1 min MNQ chart looks perfect. Thanks for the quick response Melissa!
