Configuring Ninja 8 to work with TWS Interactive Brokers

I have read through and carried out the instructions in this related article (https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide) however Im not getting any Data or charts coming up. Ninja Trader8 opens and logs in using my log in details though just remains without data to display. I am assuming Ninja Trader will be getting its data from the Brokers platform (TWS) or does it require its own data source ? Could anyone assist me please.

Glad to assist. We have responded to your emails. In the future, please do not send in multiple requests on the same items. This only adds confusion and backed management that increases delay in our response.

I suggest first verifying if data is able to be seen for the same contracts in TWS - subscribed data should be able to be seen in NinjaTrader. Once subscribed, restart and test for issue.

Please let me know if you see the same and what instrument is selected.
