Strategy Tab Gain information not populating

Hello, I am using 8.0.18.1 64-bit . I have several strategies that are enabled and executing but in the strategy tab, in the control center, the unrealized and realized gain fields never populate.
Is there anything I need to enable in order for this information to be recorded.

First, I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Are you trading to a simulation account or a live brokerage account?

What quantity are you trading?

I am testing so this is operating under the SIM account. Instruments include ES, NQ, CL, GC

Did you create this strategy?

Can you verify that orders/trades are actually being placed?

Does the same occur if you enable the Sample MA Crossover strategy?

These are 3rd party strategies, The trades are all being placed properly, Let me enable the crossover and see if it makes a record.

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your suggestions. The crossover sample does populate fine. I did not know that a strategy had to be coded to fill these fields, I will talk to my developer about this problem.
