Playback connection

Hi Ninjatrader

When I want to use the playback connection, I cannot see the playback menu. In others words, I cannot replay the data because I cannot click the replay button.

I already tried to reinstall, used the ctrl key and the right mouse button, etc

It does not help.

Are you familiar with this problem?

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. Often it helps to launch in safe mode, testing for issue, then restarting.

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

• Loading workspaces.
• Connecting on start-up.
• Loading custom assemblies.
• Getting instrument updates from the server.

To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:

• Exit NinjaTrader.
• Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
• Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
• You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.

Once in safe mode, please connect to Playback and test for issue.

Please let know the behavior seen in safe mode.

Can you please close NinjaTrader then go to Documents->NinjaTrader 8->Delete the file named "UI.xml" then open NinjaTrader and let me know if the issue persists.
