NT8 Options ! IV and HS

Hi NT Team,

I saw that NT8 now supports Options. Fantastic step forward.
Question, will any of your data provide be able to provide Implied Volatilty and Historical Volatility ?
(As datapoints that can be chart or added to a watchlist)

Currently this is not available in the options chain window, though it is still very early in development and features are being considered for future releases.

I will submit a feature request to include this information to the development team.

Thanks Ryan, just to be clear, I was referring to have these datapoints available on the Option Chain.
I was just referring to have the ability to add this data series to a chart or to a watchlist.
Also not available right ? Is that also being considered ?

Hello,

Currently you can only chart the price of the option contract, not its volatility. For the functionality to chart historical volatility of an instrument, first this would need to be added to the platform and data provider in order to possibly use this as an input series/data series.
