Hello all, here is a partial log for a strategy that intermittently shuts down during live trading using CQG feed and NT 8.0.13. This error never occurs with CQG feed in simulation mode. Can anybody help?

I would recommend writing into us via email at PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com so we can look into your files and find out why the order submission issues you experienced occurred.
In the email, make sure to include a brief description of your issue. You could also include the snippet of your log/trace files, however, it would be best if you attached the files themselves.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
Make sure to reference "1918111 ATTN Patrick G" in your email as well.
