TICK, Advance Decline

Hi

I need to pull Advance/Decline and Tick. When I try pulling a chart for ^ADV, ^ADD, or ^TICK the chart remains blank.

There is no error message in the log. i also tried after connecting to Kinetick end of day free, but chart remains blank.

My data providers are IB and IQFeed.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2336847" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Are you sure that you are subscribed to the indices with your data provider? Many providers require a separate subscription for the market measures indices.
