Can't load Ninja8

For whatever reason my Ninjatrader8 platform will only partially load and gets stuck. I've tried restarting the computer and opening it first and still only a few charts load and seems to get stalled.



I suspect I put the "days to load" on a 240min chart too high as that has been the only thing I've changed recently. I don't want to start over is there a way I can recover this?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
*
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
*
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
*
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
