Drawing Tools in Strategy Analysis

Hi NT-Support,
Can Drawing Tools please be made available in Strategy Analysis?
Wouldn't it be cool, if one could add a regression channel to a backtest, cum. net profit, (with auto-extend) and then check, if the strategy crosses the lower end of the channel as time moves on?

Hello NT-Roland,

There is no ChartControl to draw objects on in backtest.

Logic like this would need to be custom calculated, but can be custom coded (like the line alert indicator works).

I will submit a feature request on your behalf for the development team to consider allowing drawing objects when there is no ChartControl to draw them on.
Once I have a tracking ID for this request I will post in this thread for future reference.
