CityIndex not appearing in the connections list

Hey there,

I'm using Ninjatrader 8.0.14.1. I'm trying to set up a CityIndex connection.

I've got the instructions from here: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide

But unfortunately neither Forex.com or CityIndex appears in my provider list.

I've attached a screenshot of what I have available. Is there something else I need to do to enable CityIndex as a provider?

The connection types available are controlled by the license key.
