NinjaTrader Continuum - Logon Failed

Probably a user error somewhere?

Trying to connect to my Continuum feed. I get this error " Unable to connect to the remote server. (Logon failed)" . Pretty clear error, I guess my username and password does not exist or I am inputting my username and password in wrong. If we can resolved this sometime Saturday, that would be great!

Thank you for your post.

The behavior you were experiencing was due to data servers undergoing maintenance at that time. Maintenance is usually finished before the markets open on Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.
