    volume with tick chart

    I wonder if this is possible. I like to watch a tick chart. But watching volume on a tick chart is not helpful since it remains so close to the same. Is there any way, with a tick chart, to somehow show the volume in a more meaningful way? Like being able to see the volume really picking up? I know the candles on a tick chart form faster, but is there a graphical way to see that easier?

    Thanks for your post.

    Instead of the volume itself, you could use the indicator VOLMA which provide an exponential moving average of the volume.

    Here is an example:
