Chart Not Updating

Hello,
I opened a chart for the TICK index, and all seems fine. The only issue I have is that the chart is not updating.
I changed the settings to "Use Instrument Settings" under time, it shows the current time, but does not update.
Any reason why this would happen?

Most likely you do not have a real-time subscription for this instrument with your brokerage or data feed connection.

Have you contacted your broker or data provider and confirmed you have a real-time subscription for this instrument?

^TICK is supported for NinjaTrader Continuum connections if you have a subscription to market internals.

Hi,
I have a similar issue. I am using Kinetick End OF Day data. I have a Weekly, Daily and custom 480min chart in each Workspace. Even though the Daily candles update at end of day, the custom 480min candles haven't updated for several weeks since I created the charts. I figure there should be 3 of these candles within the end of day daily candle data, and should also update. Does anyone know why this is not happening please?

Hello keansound,

The Kinetick End Of Day connection does not provide historical minute or tick data and does not provide real-time data. This is End of Day data only (Daily bars).
