ninjatrader continuum error.

When I login the ninjatrader continuum account and load the chart 6E the error Log shows F.US.BP6.Z17 could not be resolved.

This indicates that you either have expired contracts loaded in your workspaces or an instrument list, or that you're holding a simulated position in an expired contract. "BP6.Z17' translates to 6B 12-17. DA6 would be 6A, EU6 is 6E - basically, all the futures you're loading expired two years ago.

First, try the rollover tool:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.

Hi, but no data in the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section

Go to the Control Center and click on the Positions tab. Do you see positions listed for those 2017 contracts? Provide a screenshot of what you see.
