HSI Hang Seng

Hi,
I have a lifetime licence, use Rithmic data feed and Dorman as broker with funded account, via Ninjatrader 8. In SIM, I see HSI amd MHI bars on the chart but no real time data. Can you advise:
1) What do I need to implement to trade the HSI and MHI LIVE ? Please provide all information/steps I would have to undertake (for Non-US based trader) to enable live trading the HSI and MHI off Ninja charts.
2) What is the Intraday Margin for HSI and the MHI? (I checked the margin pages on Ninja, but nothing is listed).
