Order flow Market Depth Map Not showing

For some reason I am unable to get this to work. I have changed charts and remove other indicators to ensure nothing would be preventing the map from working .
Any help would be great.

Please write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and attach the log and trace files, and please link this post in the reply.

You can follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I'm also having problems getting this indicator to work. I upgraded to lifetime license and using kinetick for data (Futures ES/GC). The other order flow+ indicators seem to work fine. Any idea why its not working?

Do you receive no data for this indicator, or partial data?
In the indicator's options, do you have 'display mode' set to 'realtime and historical'?

Hi Ryan,
Yes I have it set to "realtime and historical" and I'm not seeing anything on the chart.

I'm looking at the kinetick data feed web page and it says it costs extra for Nasdaq Level 2 and futures market depth. Could this be the reason its not working?

I'm currently paying $70 a month for the base service + futures data.

Yes you would need level 2 data as this is the data market depth is derived from. Without it this indicator will not function.
