    NinjaTrader hang after change the lot size on account setting

    Hi Support,


    It show the error after changed the lot size on the account setting. I cannot close the error dialog and account setting dialog.

    Glad to assist. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About ( 8.0.X.0)

    What time zone is your PC set to? Also, what is set via Tools > Options > Time Zone?

      Hi EricB,

      The version is 8.0.13.1 64-bit (Multi-Broker) and the PC and Ninjatrader timezone is set to UTC-06:00 Central Time.

      Do I need to restart my PC after change the PC timezone?

        Yes, this is often needed to complete the process.
