Volumetric bars do not show text properly

Hi

I have an issue with volumetric bars not showing the text in certain levels properly when zoomed in on the chart.

This is resolved by zooming out of the chart a bit as you can see in the screenshots.

Does anyone know a way to resolve this without having to zoom in/out every time? What is the underlying issue?

This is an expected consequence of having a 'Ticks per level' of greater than 1. Can you verify that your 'Ticks per level' is greater than 1, and also report if this compression of cells also occurs if 'Ticks per level' is set to 1? You can check this property by right-clicking on your chart > Data series > 'Ticks per level' property.

Indeed, my ticks per level is greater than 1 as a setting of 1 makes certain instruments unreadable. Also this issue does not occur when it is set to 1.

Can you confirm that this is a normal occurrence and not something that can be otherwise resolved?

Yes, this is expected due to how NinjaTrader must combine tick levels when the 'Ticks per level' is greater than 1.
