Error on Ninja after reinstallation

Hello, I am having the follogin error on Ninja after a reinstallation. The process I follower was the following.

Windows 10 reset (User information preserved)
Ninja installation
Opened ninja and everything was there except all the indicators and strategies I developed, Tried to compile and got the followings error.

please Help!!

I need to point out that the ninja directory in windows Users was intact.
