2nd computer trading account access

I cannot access my trading account from my laptop. I'm connected to my data source but only my sim account shows up. How do I get my trading account?

Thank you for your note.

To be able to select your live account please ensure the following.

• You must have a live license key and it must be entered under Help> License Key. (If you are unsure if your license key is live or these steps do not resolve this, please send me your license key)
• Last ensure Global Simulation Mode is not checked under the Control Center> Tools.

Now you should be able to select your live account in any account drop down menu.

Global simulation is checked and grayed out. Jon

Hello,

This indicates the simulation license key is input to your platform. To insert your live license key, disconnect from your data feed and go to Help>License Key and copy and paste in your live key.
