Chart Trader issues.

Hello,

I'm running the latest NT8. When I enter a market order through chart trader the entry price is not where the entry marker is on my chart and has been as much as 6 ticks out of sync from where the actual entry is. I'm referring to the line and box on the chart which shows the entry and the p/l on my chart. This sometimes occurs with limit orders as well. Is this a known issue?

So that I may investigate this situation further, please send a note to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your latest log and trace file:

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.2018MMDD.000X.txt" where "000X" will represent your session number or the amount of times you have opened NinjaTrader 8 today.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.2018MMDD.000X.txt" where "000X" will represent your session number or the amount of times you have opened NinjaTrader 8 today.
