    Hi everyone,

    I'm using my Ninjatrader Continuum Demo account and when I log in and open a chart, I receive the following error message:
    Failed to resolve instrument for market data; DDZ19 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading

    I've seen people with the same problem and ninjatrader support team tell them to reset the instrument list and restart the platform, but I still have the same problem.

    Do you know what can I do?

    Hello grizzlytrader,

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Please list ' 2309900 ATTN: Ariana R' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.
