Resume from Hibernation

Just want to report a bug where Ninjatrader doesn't properly detect that it has been resumed from hibernation and continues to update charts which are out-of-date.

Here are steps to reproduce:

- Load a chart with some data on it
- Hibernate computer overnight
- Wake computer in the morning

expected:
Ninjatrader should realise it has been woken up from hibernation and should refresh chart data as it will be out-of-date. Needs to subscribe to the PowerModeChanged event in .NET:

actual:
Ninjatrader picks up where it left off by updating the out-of-date charts leaving a gap in the data. User needs to notice this and do a manual refresh.

Currently, hibernation/sleep mode cannot be used with the NinjaTrader platform as it is unsupported at this time.
