E-Micro Gold Futures (NOT SHOWING) in DOM?

I've downloaded historical data (minute/tick/daily) & even have e-micro gold chart up - why can't I get the DOM to show prices in the ladder after putting 'MGC 12-19' into my DOM? Just a blank DOM - no bid/ask prices nor any prices at all.

The SuperDOM requires live data, or the playback of historical data, in order to populate.

I'm using live data (free trial) - getting data on GC 12-19 and MGC 12-19 on charts. I can get quotes on GC 12-19 in the DOM - just not MGC 12-19. Tried shutting down - restarting, opening and re-opening DOM. MGC is in my 'instruments' and in my 'instrument lists' as 'MGC 12-19'

MGC is only supported for historical data when using the demo, so it would not work with the SuperDOM.
