    The order is executed without the candlestick having touched the price

    I am trading intraday and with NT8 and I have a problem. I am trading in real mode, in the MES 12-19 with a timeperiod of 3 minutes. I have two connections: Kinetick, for real time data, and Continuum to operate with my account. I always connect first to Kinetick and second to Continuum. The problem is that I put orders in the graph (limit or stop) to entry and to exit and the orders are executed without the graph's candelstick touch the price.

    I Attach a word document with the screenshots. As you can see in the first page the sell order is executed at 2978,00 but the price has not touch this level. In the second page you can see that I put a stoploss at 2985,75. In this moment NT tell that I am losing 15$. In the third screenshot the stoploss is executed when the graph mark a price of 2977,75 but the price didn't touch the level of the stop. At the end I have lost 22,50$ in this trade (page 4).

    I have test this situation several days and it is repeated, sometimes you can win and other you can lost but the problem is the same.

    Could you help me, please?

    Please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Were these simulated or live trades? If live, who is your broker?
    • When did this most recently occur?
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

            Thank you for your post.

            We may also attempt to send your log and trace files manually as well:
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
            • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an e-mail to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
            • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2304815 ATTN SpencerF

              Done. I have attached the log and trace folders compressed and sended the email from Gmail

                Solved. The problem was that I was working with delayed data and not with kinetick real data.
