Advanced Decline Chart

My feed is via thinkorswim. In ninja, when I can see the tick chart by typing $TICK (Or ^tick)

In Thinkorswim, I can see the ADD chart by typing $ADD

However, the ADD chart won't show in ninja with either $ADD or ^ADD

Can anyone help me see the ADD chart in Ninja?

Hello StevenNelson,

Please use the steps below to add the required mapping.

• Go to Tools->Instruments
• Select the ADD Index
• Click edit
• Input $ADD for TD Ameritrade Mapping
• Click Ok
• Click Ok
• Disconnect/reconnect

I did this and I can't get the $ADD chart to come up. It's just blank.

Can you confirm within NinjaTrader you are selecting the symbol ^ADD in your chart as opposed to $ADD. If you are not please go to the chart Instrument drop down->Indexes and select ^ADD and let me know if data is then displayed in your chart.
