Configure Email SMTP in NT 8

I feel dumb but guys I can't find the setup anywhere. Haven't found a thread yet either that addresses it. I see share services in a thread here but have no idea where that is ...
I need to configure the outgoing server to accomodate indicators which offer the notification option.
Also, do I have to use a pre-validated service like gmail or yahoo, or can I configure my own exchange server [Godaddy] for this?

You can access share services in NinjaTrader 8 by going to the Control Center > Tools > Options > General > Share Services. Here is the relevant Help Guide page:

Provided that you have all the necessary information and ensured that nothing on your own exchange would be blocking the process, the share service should work with your own email exchange.
