Error loading Market Analyzer

I'm recently getting an error if I try and load an existing template in Market Analyzer.

Unhandled exception: There is an error in XML document (0, 0).

Can you help me get this working? (unable to attach the xml file to this post)

I'd be happy to test this template on my end, if you'd like to send it in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of the template file.

The errors sound like the file itself may be corrupted, but I would also recommend checking into third party software on your PC such as antivirus or backup software that may be accessing these files while NinjaTrader is using it.
