NT8 crashing on chart properties > font

Open chart > right click on chart > Properties
Click on the arrow next to Font

Program goes haywire and crashes

Unhandled exception: Provide Value on 'System.Windows.Markup.StaticExtension' threw an exception

What is the full version number of your NinjaTrader installation? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.13.1)

It's on the latest version 8.0.13.1 64bit.

Please write in to PlatformSupport(at)NinjaTrader(dot)com about this item. Write ATTN:JOSH and reference this forum post. Also include your log and trace files. You may do this by following the steps below.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
