    Wrong daily candles

    Good morning,

    After updating to NT8 8.0.19.0 64-bit, I noticed a bug on the displaying of some daily candles.
    As for the image attached, the daily volume profile is right, while the daily candle doesn't correspond to the actual price action of the day.

    The only way I found to solve the problem is to manually hit "Reaload All Historical Data".

    The example shows GC future but the issue is shared with every other instrument too.

    I use IQ Feed as data feed.

    What version of IQFeed are you using?

    What day did you update your NinjaTrader? Was it before or after Monday September 30th?

      It's IQ Feed 6.1.0.20.

      I updated before September the 30th, if I remember correctly.

      In regard to the chart attached, I point out that I may have realoaded all historical data in the days prior to the last wrong candle displayed (30 September).

        There was a new installer released that specifically addressed an IQFeed issue. I would like to eliminate you having the old install from potential causes here. Please uninstall then reinstall NinjaTrader (this will not remove any of your custom files or settings):
        • Copy your license key from the Control Center > Help > License Key.
        • Close all running applications.
        • Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
        • Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8 from the link below.

          I tracked down the date I updated NT8 (was September the 26th) and the installer I used (NinjaTrader 8 v.8.0.19.0 L 1033 CP 1252). Was it the right one?

            The updated installer was released the day before, however, please complete my recommended steps so that we can be certain.

                  I may be wrong, but it seems to me the max tail of the 02 Oct. candle on your chart is lower than its volume profile.

                  Anyway, I sent the mail.
