Current position not show on chart

    Current position not show on chart

    I had open the chart and choose the strategy. The strategy open the position but no signal on the chart. Do I need to config anything for show the current order on chart?

    Hello matrixxx,
    Thanks for your post.
    • After your strategy is enabled on the chart and you go to the 'Strategies' tab on your Control Center; what color is your strategy? (ie. Green or Orange/Yellow)

    • What account is the strategy set to and what account is the chart set to?

    • If you right-click in your chart and select "Data Series"; What is the property "Plot executions" set to?

      The color is green.

      I'm using live account on the strategy. May I know how to set the account to chart?

      It's "Text and marker"

        You can toggle the executions on your chart by account, by opening Chart Trader and selecting the account from the drop down "Account" menu.
        Help Guide - Chart Trader

        In regards to the missing plotted execution:
        • When did the execution occur? (You can check this on the 'Executions' tab of your Control Center)
        • Does the execution you found on the 'Executions' tab occur within the range of of viewable time on your chart?
        • Are you seeing errors on the 'Logs' tab of your Control Center when you run this strategy?

          May I know what is the different of strategy color?

            When a strategy is green it indicates that the strategy is currently running.
            When a strategy is orange it indicates that the strategy is waiting until it reaches a flat position to be in sync with the account position before fully starting.
            When a strategy is black it indicates that the strategy is currently disabled.
