Opened 8.0.18.1: Continuum acct & license is gone, skins/colors reverted to defaults

So I opened up Ninjatrader 8 (Version 8.0.18.1 64-bit) on Windows 10, and my Continuum account is missing, my customized skin color--and all custom chart and SuperDOM colors--have reverted back to the defaults (though I still can open a saved workspace) and the License ID was set to a simulator account. What can I do to reset everything back to the way it was on Friday, when I last had Ninjatrader 8 open? Does anybody have any idea what might have happened? I added my license key back but that does not appear to have done anything to help. I still have version 7.0.1000.35 (Live) on this computer too, if that matters. Thank you.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2291425" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
