installation trouble

I tried to install latest nt version. i attach a screenshot of the error.
What should i do?

I would try taking the installation file out of your c:\users folder and put it in a folder elsewhere on your C:\ drive (like c:\downloads as an example) and try installing with admin privileges from that directory to see if it makes any difference.

Please first uninstall NinjaTrader from the Windows Control Panel, then download and run the installer from this link:

Do you mean i have to download NT by getting a new licence key? Will i lose all my settings if i reinstall from scratch?

You will not lose any settings or data, just the binary part will be reinstalled by doing this.

I just tried to uninstall from the

Windows Control Panel and i get the same error message. It refuse to let me uninstall NT.

What do i do?

Please run this tool from Microsoft to uninstall NT:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

After this you should be able to run the installer.
