Connecting to Rithmic on Ninja 8

Im having trouble connecting to my Rithmic data due to this error.

9/26/2019 11:58:14 AM	Connection	Market data failed for '6E 06-19': 'The subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Dependent network services and/or data were not available'

The only future that seems to be working is 6C.

Hi Fastbyte, Did you write into platformsupport @ninjatrader.com to resolve your connection issue? Could you please let us know the resolution you received? 6E 06-19 is an old contract you should update this to 6E 06-23. Any window that is requesting data for 6E 06-19 should be changed to 6E 06-23. @Danieljamillor04 If your issue is not related to this, please start a new forum post or send an email to platformsupport @ninjatrader.com for help.
