Alert Logs

I receive alerts set up from Market Analyzer where I would get sound and a string on the alert log.

It happened that at one stag the market analyser had signal, I was hearing the sound of the alert but I was not getting anything on the alert log.


I had to close all the alert logs and apparently is now working properly again.


Any advice on how to solve this?

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

If I understand you correctly, the issue is no longer occurring and the Alerts Log windows are working without issue? If this is accurate, it will be difficult to diagnose.

Is there any way to reproduce the issue? If so, could you provide detailed steps on how to do so?
