Trouble updating NT

    Trouble updating NT

    Each time it's saying "Error creating temporary file" and then it just doesn't update. Would appreciate help! Thanks!

    Hello HinduMVP,

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps listed below to completely uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader.
    • Close all running applications.
    • Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
    • Navigate to C:\ > Program File (x86) > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 7 or NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
    • Reboot your machine.
    • Once these steps are completed, download and install NT from the link below.

    Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

      Hey Jermaine, thanks for your reply. Do you know if my workspace and chart drawings will be saved if I uninstall it?

        Thank you for your inquiry.

        All of your Charts and drawing objects will remain the same. They will not be affected at all.
