Indexes Live Streaming Data Question

I am paying for 2 Kinetick feeds however it seems the indexes are an addtional fee which is fine but I also have a live funded account with a Continuum feed. It seems I can get the indexes, more specifically ^DJIA with my continuum feed but not streaming. I can reload historical data up until the point I reload but it doesn't stream.

Is this correct or do I need to fix something to get it streaming? I did go to Tools->Options->Market Data and ensure Continuum was selected for both historical and streaming as the index source and restarted.

If this is expected behavior it's fine I will just have to add it to my Kinteick feed. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

With the Continuum Feed the reason this is not streaming is because live data for indices with Continuum would require and additional enablement.

The reason you see the Historical Data is simply because you are connected to Historical Data servers which provide this data.
