candlesticks in the chart are not continues

Hello,

can you please give me an advice? My chart of the futures index NQ or ES is drawn ok. Picture is attached.

But when I try to open chart of RTY futures index, then the candlesticks are drawn from loadind time (candlesticks are not continues) and before that time there is only line (chart from last day is alright). Picture is attached.

Any idea what could be the problem?

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

- Could you double click on plots of the RTY chart to look at its properties and send a screenshot so I can narrow down the cause of the issue?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Could you also please send me your log and trace files along with the screenshots so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
