Data feed nt8 continuum

NT 8 is connected to continuum but no data coming through the platform . price not moving and my superdom and T&S not showing any data !!!!!

Hello,

Glad to assist. Testing the Continuum connection on my end, real-time data is working as expected. We have seen this indicate a temporary network issue.

The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

If you still see the same, can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
