IB api conection error

Hello, i was using NT8 with maket data from another computer with TWS api, but yesterday , with the same settings NT8 cannot conect with TWS, I check the instruction guide from NT again, and recheck the correct ip from the two computers, the NT8 log says "please check TWS api configuration" .
Is there a way to verify that the pc with NT8 is receiving api data? thank you

Hello Chris thank you for your reply, i change to your configuration but didnt work, i also checked TWS lastest and stable version im using TWS on OSX, so the TWS version that NT provides that it is compatible with NT8 is only for windows.
Do you know some way to check if the windows machine with NT8 is receiving the api data? thanks

For the record, the TDAmeritrade conection also from a osx work fine.
