    Sluggish Performance

    I am having issues with NT 8 loading and performing. There is a continuous blue circle indicating that the software is loading, causing me to be unable to do any significant work. I have 40 SIM accounts and 15 WorkSpaces, recently added. Could this be the issue?

    Thank you for the post.

    Your multiple workspaces and accounts, if the workspaces are all open at the same time, could certainly contribute to the symptom you are describing.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
