Market data times?

Hello-

Why did my market data stop at 16:15?
I thought the overnight session begins at 4:15pm EST and ends at 5pm EST, with a break from 4:45pm EST to 6:00pm EST

Thank you for your post.

The data will print on your chart based on the Trading Hours template you're using and the actual active market hours.

For the MES, the active ETH trading hours are CME Globex: Sunday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) with trading halt 4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

During this time the markets will be closed and it is expected to not receive data in your platform.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thank you for your reply. I have the default 24X7 trading times templet on my chart, so I should receive data after 4:30 EST Correct? In my chart screenshot I shared I am not.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
